Take Notes While Viewing Houses So You Don’t Forget Anything About A House
This is my son Tristan and he is has been a great assistant with my real estate business. During summers, he has been out on showings and listing appointments. He has actually helped a client of mine in their decision making of buying a home. The way he did this was he would voice the way a home smelled, felt like, and how it was staged to him. He gave his true honest opinion! It’s always good to keep notes on your viewing of homes. I have clients that have brought notepads and/or a folder containing their notes on the homes we view. When you view more than 5 homes in one day they can start to run together. It’s always good to take notes of each home to help in making your choice of home!
